Please note that the Singapore High Commission in Wellington will no longer accept PR application forms over the counter from 18 December 2017 onwards. Applicants are advised to submit their PR applications via ICA's e-Services.

As of 18 December 2017, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has introduced an e-service for PR applications and will no longer accept hard copies of PR application forms from applicants. This will include the ones submitted through Overseas Missions and High Commissions.
