Public Introduction of the Singapore Biometric Passport (BioPass) on 15 Aug 2006

 All new passports issued from 15 August 2006 will be the Singapore BioPass. Overseas Singaporeans may apply for their passports either through the internet via APPLES or submit their application through the Singapore High Commission.
