SHC/ITQ 02-2025 - Invitation to Quote for the Installation of Function Entry Doors & Removal of Interior Glass Doors and Panes at the Singapore High Commission
The Singapore High Commission would like to invite quotations for the installation of function entry doors & removal of interior glass doors and panes .
2 Interested parties are kindly requested to contact the High Commission at singhc_wlg@mfa.sg to indicate your interest and request for the quotation documents and specification requirements. The quotation bid period opens from Monday, 26 May 2025 to Thursday, 12 June 2025 at 3pm (UTC + 12:00).
3 All quotations must be submitted to the High Commission via email only to this email address: wellington_procurement@mfa.sg, no later than Thursday, 12 June 2025 at 3pm (UTC+12:00). You must not include other recipients in your email submission. Kindly indicate the title of your email submission as “ITQ-02-2025 – Installation of Function Entry Doors & Removal of Interior Glass Doors and Panes”. Quotations received after the stipulated deadline will not be considered.
4 Please note that the High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote. All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
5 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed at the Consular section of the High Commission.
