SHC/ITT 02-2025 - Invitation to Tender for the provision of cleaning services at the Singapore High Commission 

              The Singapore High Commission would like to invite tender bid submissions for the provision of cleaning services.

2            Interested parties are kindly requested to contact the High Commission at singhc_wlg@mfa.sg to request for the tender documents and specification requirements. The tender period opens from Monday, 12 May 2025 – Monday, 16 June 2025 at 3pm (UTC +12:00).

3            A mandatory tender briefing will be conducted on Friday, 23 May 2025 at 10am (UTC +12:00) at 17 Kabul Street, Khandallah, Wellington 6035.  Please contact the High Commission at Tel: 04 470 0850 to register for the briefing.

4            All tender bids must be submitted in hardcopies, by hand, to the Singapore High Commission in Wellington in sealed envelopes, and should reach the High Commission no later than 3pm (UTC+12:00) on 16 June 2025.  Tender bids received after the deadline will not be considered. 

5            Please note that the High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any tender bids.  All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

6            The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed at the Consular section of the High Commission.
